Chef’s Background
Learning about mushroom foraging from master foragers, food pathways and agriculture, how ingredients have traveled around the world, has all impacted my culinary passion and history. I welcome any opportunity to expand my knowledge and experiment with different ways of operating. I enjoy the challenge of working around special diets, especially when they’re unique like vegan, vegetarian, and gluten- or grain-free. Allow me the opportunity of designing an event just for you.
